BLITZ
Short on time? No problem.
In just 30 minutes, we’ll pack in muscle-burning, lung-busting fun that will have you saying, “I can’t believe I just did that!”

With classes available early morning, lunchtime, and evening, Blitz is the ultimate workout solution for your busy lifestyle.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Limited to just 6 people per session, this class offers personalised attention from our expert coaches to help you perfect your form, stay motivated, and crush your goals.
This is a 60 minute strength-focused program with a little HIIT, functional fitness, and cardio thrown in to keep things exciting.
Our tailored coaching will push you to achieve your potential and deliver results.
MAMA & ME MOVE
Calling all new mamas. This is your time to shine and yes, your little one can come along too.
We’ll combine resistance bands and bodyweight exercises - safe, effective, and no heavy weights around your precious bundle. But don’t be fooled, this class will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning!
